New plans have been filed for a six-story residential infill at 3030 Telegraph Avenue in South Berkeley, Alameda County. The proposal will replace some low-slung structures and four vacant residences with 174 new apartments. Riaz Capital is the project owner and developer.
A preliminary application has been filed seeking the approval of a mixed-use project proposed for development at 3120 Shattuck Avenue in Berkeley. The project proposal includes the construction of a mixed-use building offering residential and commercial spaces. Northern California Land Trust (NCLT) is the project owner.
The design review application has been filed for a podium-style high-rise development at 450-500 Bercut Drive, north of Downtown Sacramento. The proposal, called the American River One, is to create 826 new homes along with some retail and a 325-car garage across four towers. Sacramento-based IM Investments is the project developer.
New renderings have been revealed for the eight-story residential infill proposed at 2720 San Pablo Avenue in Southwest Berkeley, Alameda County. The project will replace a single-story structure with 84 homes along the busy thoroughfare. NX Ventures is responsible for the application.
