The public study session will reshape the 92-acre campus, though details are preliminary. Sunset Development, the owner of Bishop Ranch, is responsible for the application.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project proposed for construction at 952 International Boulevard in Oakland. The project proposal includes the conversion of a warehouse into a multi-family building offering spaces for live-work units, parking, and rooftop terrace. CALCAP Lending is the project developer.
Foundation work is nearly complete, with concrete reaching ground level for the North Building at Platform 16 in Downtown San Jose, Santa Clara County. With Devcon nearly through the slowest phase of construction, the project will soon start to materialize the 1.1 million square feet of new office space by the city’s regional transit hub, Diridon Station. The development is a joint venture with Boston Properties, TMG Partners, and Valley Oak Partners.
