Updated preliminary plans have been filed for a slightly taller iteration at 1088 Sansome Street in the Northern Waterfront neighborhood of San Francisco. The proposal has increased from 17 to 19 floors, with its residential capacity increased by 20 units. Significantly, this latest plan preserves the facade of the existing landmarked structure. Angus McCarthy is the property owner.
Development permits have been filed for improvements to Raimondi Field at 1689 20th Street in West Oakland, Alameda County. The redesign will adjust an existing baseball field to meet the Pioneer Baseball League regulations for the newly formed Oakland Ballers team. The City of Oakland owns the field.
Remodeling and expansion have been proposed at 2257 Bush Street in Lower Pacific Heights in San Francisco. The project proposal includes expansion of an existing two-unit residential building into a seven-unit residential building.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a seven-story residential infill at 112 Vera Avenue in Redwood City, San Mateo County. Integrated Community Development is the developer. The project will bring 178 rental apartments close to the city’s urban core.
The Palo Alto Architecture Review Board is scheduled to review the fifth design iteration for 800 San Antonio Road, a five-story residential infill near the city border with Mountain View and the Shoreline area.
