Tarlton Properties have filed an application to propose a new multi-structure office development at 995-1005 O’Brien Drive and 1300 Willow Road in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The project would create a five-story and four-story research and development building alongside a new parking structure. The offices will be less than a mile from the Facebook Headquarters at One Hacker Way.
Updated site development permits have been filed for a residential tower at 565 Lorraine Avenue in Downtown San Jose. The project proposal includes the construction of a residential building and the demolition of a vacant single-story structure. Roygbiv Real Estate Development is responsible for the proposal. Anderson Architects Inc is managing the design concepts and construction.
Developers have requested a project review meeting for a proposed nine-story infill at 1010 Mission Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The meeting comes as a new planning document show updated designs. If built, the project would produce 57 single-room-occupancy dwelling units above ground-level retail. SIA Consulting is managing the project and design.
New building and demolition permits have been filed as developers move forward to build a seven-story residential building at 424 28th Street in Pill Hill, Oakland. The proposal will add 47 apartments, including some affordable housing. Three Steps Properties is the project developer.
