The project will replace two existing structures with two data center buildings, a manufacturing structure, and a parking garage. Stack Infrastructure is the project applicant.
Construction has started for 4200 Geary Boulevard, a seven-story affordable senior housing project rising in San Francisco’s Richmond District. The development is now looking toward completion in early 2025, with applications opening in the fourth quarter of next year. Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation is the project developer.
Construction has started for Mission Paradise, a four-story affordable housing infill rising at 28000 Mission Boulevard in Hayward, Alameda County. The project will create 76 units for seniors residents earning between 20-80% of the Area’s Median Income. EAH Housing is the project developer.
New renderings have been released for a mixed-use project proposed for development at 3120 Shattuck Avenue in Berkeley. The project proposal includes the construction of a zero net energy mixed-use building offering permanently affordable residential spaces and commercial spaces. Northern California Land Trust (NCLT) is the project owner. SCB Architects is responsible for the designs.
